For the past three decades, I’ve had the incredible privilege of working in the health and fitness industry. I’ve guided hundreds of clients through thousands of workouts, and if I’ve achieved mastery in this field, it is entirely because of the amazing people I’ve worked with and the life-changing results we’ve achieved together.

Over the years, my career has spanned the entire spectrum of human potential. I’ve trained aspiring young athletes (including my own kids!), helped high schoolers gain a competitive edge, and pushed collegiate players to the next level. I’ve worked alongside adaptive athletes to create opportunities in the face of physical barriers, and I’ve trained professionals where a fraction of an inch can mean the difference between winning and losing.

But I truly saved the best for last. Of all the incredible individuals I’ve coached, my absolute favorite group to work with is the 'masters'—the Sixty and Better community!
